I believe great design should do more than make a space beautiful. It should improve how a home functions, how it feels, and ultimately, how it performs.

As the founder of Higdon Design Co., I approach every project with both a designer’s eye and an investor’s mindset. I look beyond finishes and décor to understand the entire property — its layout, spatial flow, renovation potential, marketability, and where an investment will make the greatest impact.
 

My strength is seeing what a space can become.

Whether I’m reworking an outdated floor plan, selecting finishes for a full renovation, transforming an investment property, or helping a homeowner create a more elevated home, my goal is the same: to make intentional design decisions that create maximum impact without unnecessary spending.

I’m especially passionate about taking properties that feel dated, disconnected, or underutilized and transforming them into spaces that feel cohesive, functional, elevated, and market-ready.
